# SYEN Comply

SYEN is the system of record for regulated agent actions. Know Your Agent. Prove its authority. Prove what happened.

From regulated banking to agentic commerce: when an agent checks out, SYEN proves the charge was authorized. Available on AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and the Okta Integration Network.

## What it is

An API and system of record for regulatory change, authority, agent actions, verification, drift, and evidence. Every record is signed with ed25519, chained with sha-256, and anchored daily to an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp authority. Auditors verify the full chain with OpenSSL, with no access to customer systems. SYEN decides and proves; the customer's own systems enforce.
