About SYEN Systems

SYEN Systems LLC is a New York company building independent proof infrastructure for the agentic enterprise. Platforms are shipping their own agents and their own activity logs; SYEN is the neutral record outside all of them, so no vendor has to grade its own homework.

SYEN Comply is an API and system of record for regulatory change, authority, agent actions, verification, drift, and evidence. Every record is signed with ed25519, chained with sha-256, and anchored daily to an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp authority. Auditors verify the full chain with OpenSSL, with no access to customer systems.

SYEN decides and proves; the customer's own systems enforce. Know Your Agent, Agent Passport, the AI agent audit trail, and agentic commerce receipts all run on the same evidence model.
