SYEN Systems Inc. (“SYEN”) provides a governance layer for enterprise AI deployments. This policy outlines how we handle data and how we protect ourselves.

Data We Don’t Want
SYEN OS® does not collect or process user content, personal identifiers, financial information, or sensitive personal data. If your team puts this kind of data into the system, that decision is yours.

We don’t ask for it. We don’t store it. We don’t monetize it.

What We See
Our platform observes agent behavior, policy execution, telemetry, and operational metadata. This includes things like runtime status, logic paths, and audit trails. This data exists to validate agent performance and support system integrity.

Where It Goes
Customer data never leaves its assigned zone unless explicitly configured to do so. Data is routed according to your infrastructure controls. We honor regional boundaries where required.

What Gets Shared
Nothing unless you tell us to, or unless we’re legally required to respond to a valid order. If we use infrastructure providers, they’re bound by contracts and certifications that exceed standard SaaS compliance.

Your Responsibilities
You’re in control of your own system setup. You decide which agents to deploy, which policies to activate, and which integrations to enable. If something misbehaves, SYEN didn’t tell it to.

We provide the guardrails. You steer the vehicle.

Ongoing Risk
SYEN OS® is a monitoring system — not an execution engine. We don’t operate your models. We don’t approve your prompts. We don’t supervise your outputs. You do.

This isn’t a consumer app. It’s enterprise infrastructure.

Support Access
If your team asks us for help, we may need temporary access to assist. We’ll request it. We’ll log it. We’ll walk you through every step, and revoke access when done.

When We Delete
We retain operational metadata briefly for diagnostic purposes. This isn’t personal data. If you shut down your account, we wipe what we have — unless we’re required to hold a record to defend ourselves.

Liability Boundaries
SYEN is not liable for any system decisions, model outputs, misconfigurations, third-party failures, or regulatory consequences caused by your use of this platform.

Use it properly and it will protect you. Use it poorly and it won’t.

We’ll post changes here. No tricks. No hidden clauses. Just clear terms. You’re welcome to check this page any time.
